Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology,Fashion Technology
∎ Graduate from any University preferably in textile or fashion technology will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Strong communication skills , Strong interpersonal skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independently execute operations from sample development to production as per TNA in co-ordination with the production team to ensure standard quality and on time delivery.
∎ Execute the operation as per SOP and using the ERP.
∎ Prepare all the costing sheets with the necessary breakdowns from factories and ensure sufficient margin.
∎ Train, lead and coordinate the merchandising team in such a way that induces maximum HR optimization and reflects succession planning.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Profound knowledge of Knit/Lingerie/Sports garment engineering and production processes.
∎ Must have skills in examining and establishing proper merchandising operations and procedures.
∎ Understanding of ERP and reporting.
∎ Ability to do multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines.

Salary: Negotiable
