∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Calculate all kind of consumption.
∎ Have to develop samples and to get innovative outputs from sample makers and technicians to meet the requirements / seasonal requirement / Innovation requirement of the buyer.
∎ Follow up- on time sample approval through real time coordination with Product Development, Sample Check & follow up and check pattern works.
∎ Factory lay-out modification to reduce excess machine & operation.
∎ Communicate with product development team to make the product feasible for production and at the same time meeting customers demand.
∎ Making technical sheet for technical specification measurement of PD for proper implementation at production.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD and confirming 100% accurate marker.
∎ Making size set for technical specification measurement of Size for proper implementation at production.
∎ Provide PD Technical Solution to floor workers / supervisors on a regular basis through hands on training and supervision.
∎ Have to do research on Picture Sample of the buyer and to give necessary directions to the technicians and sample man to make patterns and sample according to the Picture Sample.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 7 years of experience in any large garments factory.
∎ Have in-depth understanding on product development, sample, design & development, Pattern , technical specifications, costing, IE , Planning and machine operations.
