∎ Bachelor/Honors or Masters graduate from any reputed university.
∎ PGD in Compliance/ Relevant courses in Compliance will be treated as an advantage.

Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ To prepare the factory for facing different audits such as BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ICS, C-TPAT, FLSM, ISO etc.
∎ Should have detailed and proper experience of HIGG FEM.
∎ Should have detailed knowledge about product certification with OCS, RCS, GOTS,LEED, GRS, OEKO-TEX, Higg.
∎ To prepare the factory for facing different audits such as BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ICS, C-TPAT, FLSM, ISO etc.
∎ Should have detailed and proper experience of HIGG FEM.
∎ Should have detailed knowledge about product certification with OCS, RCS, GOTS,LEED, GRS, OEKO-TEX, Higg.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execute overall factory Compliance related activities.
∎ Ensure the company complies with all applicable Bangladesh Labor laws, Including EPZ Labor laws, financial regulations, environmental standards, and industry-specific regulations.
∎ Monitor regulatory changes and updates, advising senior management on potential impacts and necessary actions.
∎ Adequate knowledge about Social Compliance Audit Like BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP.
∎ Develop, review, and implement company-wide compliance policies and procedures.
∎ Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises as per buyers' code of conduct
∎ Ensure employees at all levels are aware of compliance policies and conduct training to reinforce adherence.
∎ Liaison with HR, Admin, Merchandising, Production, QA & all other Departments in order to coordinate with buyers' visit and take all necessary steps for facing the buyers/Govt. and compliance audit.
∎ Implement and monitor internal controls to detect and prevent non-compliance.
∎ Ensure all transactions are compliant with Bangladeshi laws and international standards, guidelines.
