Experience:

• 8 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Diploma in Textile/Laundry Technology may be considered with strong experience.

• Only Male

• At least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.

• Strong experience in denim washing, garment dyeing, and finishing processes.

• Practical knowledge of modern laundry machines, chemicals, and technologies.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• In-depth knowledge of denim washing techniques (enzyme, stone wash, bleach, etc.).

• Good understanding of chemical handling and environmental compliance (ETP, sustainability).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight shipment deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing/5S will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, reporting).

• Ability to work long hours if required to meet production targets.

• Lead and manage overall laundry/washing operations to ensure production targets are achieved efficiently.

• Plan, organize, and control washing processes (denim/garments) to meet quality standards and buyer requirements.

• Ensure proper chemical usage, machine settings, and process parameters for consistent output.

• Monitor fabric quality, shade variation, shrinkage, and finishing standards.

• Coordinate with production, quality, and merchandising teams to meet delivery timelines.

• Optimize resource utilization (machines, manpower, water, chemicals, energy).

• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

• Supervise, train, and develop the laundry team including operators and supervisors.

• Troubleshoot washing-related issues and take corrective actions promptly.

• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and records of production and quality.

• Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of laundry machinery and equipment.
