Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure standard procurement compliance with policies and legal requirements
∎ Oversee day to day procurement operations by ensuring efficiency and compliance with organizational policies and procedures
∎ Collaborate with various Departments to streamline procurement processes by promoting cross-functional coordination and team work
∎ Implement policies and practices to enhance work productivity and employee well-being Maintain data accuracy and up-to-date records of Procurement contracts
∎ Ensure SAP & Central Purchasing System utilization·       Control Revenue & CAPEX Budget as the key control point of spending
∎ Collaborate with Finance to create & finalize Yearly Revenue and CAPEX Budgets
∎ Analyze monthly direct and indirect expenses with spend analysis with cost control area identification with quality and lead time achievement
