Lead all social, environmental, and technical compliance programs across factory units.
Ensure full compliance with buyer Codes of Conduct, local labor laws, and international standards (e.g., WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, ACCORD, RSC).
Oversee internal and external audits; implement corrective action plans and sustainability initiatives.
Manage compliance documentation, certifications, and regular reporting to management and buyers.
Conduct regular training programs for employees on ethical practices, safety, and social compliance.
Liaise with external stakeholders — buyers, auditors, regulatory authorities, and NGOs.
