Experience:

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HRM, Social Science, or related field.

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age At most 45 years
• Only Male

• To prepare the factory for facing different audits such as BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ICS, C-TPAT, FLSM, ISO etc.
• Should have detailed and proper experience of HIGG FEM.
• Should have detailed knowledge about product certification with OCS, RCS, GOTS,LEED, GRS, OEKO-TEX, Higg.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior compliance leadership role in the RMG industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, ILO Conventions, and buyer audit standards.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

• Lead all social, environmental, and technical compliance programs across factory units.

• Ensure full compliance with buyer Codes of Conduct, local labor laws, and international standards (e.g., WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, ACCORD, RSC).

• Oversee internal and external audits; implement corrective action plans and sustainability initiatives.

• Manage compliance documentation, certifications, and regular reporting to management and buyers.

• Conduct regular training programs for employees on ethical practices, safety, and social compliance.

• Liaise with external stakeholders — buyers, auditors, regulatory authorities, and NGOs.
