∎ LLB (Hon's)/ LLM from any reputed public University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising and monitoring on vetting of various project land documents and preparing opinion regarding the same to protect of the Company.
∎ Purchasing of land for Joint Venture Company in collaboration with the foreign investors and Initial management of project work and land development as per the instruction of the Company.
∎ Purchasing of land for new project (ACI Group).
∎ Solving all sorts of dispute in respect of the project land of the Company and coordinate with the Advocates to that effect.
∎ Supervising and monitoring on drafting & vetting of the various sorts of Agreements/Deeds and providing opinion on the same.
∎ Scrutinizing the land documents and monitoring of legal matters of local administration coordinating with factory administrator.
∎ Providing in house legal opinion on various legal issues.
∎ Supervising and monitoring of all the cases filed on behalf of or against the company and coordinate with the Advocates.
∎ Coordinate with the lender Bank’s lawyer in connection with financing of the Company.
∎ Credit Recovery through legal action from the different customers of the company as per the Credit Recovery Action Plan.
∎ Maintain liaison with the solicitors, consultant, government officials, statutory boards & represent Company in the legal matters.
∎ Supervising and monitoring of employment related legal dispute of all businesses.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Bar Council Membership preference
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Civil Lawyer, Court Practices, Legal vetting, Litigation
