∎ BSc. / MSc in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering or Chemistry from any reputed public & private university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure ETP Operations according to National, international and buyer guideline.
∎ Fulfill the requirements of Wastewater Module of HIGG INDEX FEM 3.0, ICS Audit, IS0 14001:2015 and buyer’s COC audit.
∎ Monitor overall & direct supervision to operate and maintain ETP properly.
∎ Check daily reports including log sheet, register, cleaning register, equipment checking sheet etc.
∎ Research, design, evaluate, install, operate & maintain ETP related equipment to meet national, international and buyer requirements within the approved budget.
∎ Communicate with Supplier, clients, regulators and sub-contractors.
∎ Check water testing parameters like BOD, COD, DO, pH, TSS, TDS etc.
∎ Check sludge testing parameters like MLSS, SVI, FM ratio, Sludge age.
∎ Maintain documents of daily ETP water analysis report, monthly microscopic test report and monthly test report.
∎ Prepare documents of monthly chemical consumption & cost report, waste ledger, sludge ledger & flow meter reading.
∎ Prepare and follow maintenance schedule for the equipment’s used in ETP.
∎ Collect month wise utility data with the collaboration of utility team, provide monthly, bi-annual and annual performance data as per buyers requirement.
∎ Monitor ETP wastewater discharge, evaluate the environmental parameters as per DOE standard and achieve ZDHC standard.
∎ Ensure proper guideline about chemical purchasing issue.
∎ Ensure proper chemical management in the chemical store and floor.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate Must be competent and confidence in work.
∎ Must be able to work independently and take certain decision.
∎ Must Understand MRSL, RSL, SDS, MSDS and maintain documentation properly.
