Responsibilities & Context:
Successfully developed and executed sales strategies for apartment, land, and resort projects, achieving assigned sales targets ( Each manager can lead each section)
Led and managed the sales team to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
Acquired new clients, coordinated site visits, and successfully closed high-value deals
Built and maintained strong relationships with corporate clients, HNIs (High Net Worth Individuals), and channel partners
Effectively managed sales forecasting, reporting, and the sales pipeline
Collaborated closely with the marketing team to significantly improve lead conversion rates
Ensured strong customer relationship management (CRM) and improved client retention through effective after-sales follow-up
