Finishing section, Garments Industry
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for candidates who have work experience in woven-based factories of at least 10-15 Years.
∎ ISO 9001:2015(QMS) Lead Auditor qualified candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow & implement the Quality control system SOP.
∎ Follow the company quality manual & implemented it accordingly.
∎ Responsible for overall Finishing quality assurance system for woven garments
∎ Ensure product quality as per customer's quality standard.
∎ Setting QA team and achieving qualitative results.
∎ Must have the experience to work with renowned buyers.
∎ Such as - H&M, C&A, Inditex, Tom Tailor, Lee & Wrangler, Bestseller, NEXT, Cotton On etc
∎ Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
∎ Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated, and investigated, if necessary.
∎ Effective communication and report writing skills.
∎ Ensure the on-time shipment is as per buyers' requirements.
∎ Follow other instructions as per senior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have the experience to work with renowned buyers.
∎ Such as - H&M, C&A, Inditex, Tom Tailor, Lee & Wrangler, Bestseller, NEXT, Cotton On etc
∎ Must have 2 to 3 years of working experience in mentioned position.
∎ Must have working experience in a large garments group having 65 to 100 sewing & Finishing lines.
∎ Should be well organized to face the complicated quality standards of reputed buyers.
∎ Should be able to handle a number of factories' product quality independently.
∎ Able to communicate & coordinate with highly professional senior management team members of foreign nationality.
∎ Good spoken skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Hardworking with perfect judgment skills on complicated work issues.
