Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA preferably with PGD in Social Compliance.

∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure 100% implementation of buyer's COC, Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules 2015 & well familiar with the same.
∎ Ensure the factories always prepared/ready for audits like Social compliance Audit, Technical.
∎ Well familiar with ACCORD/ALLIANCE, SEDEX(SMETA), BSCI, ICS requirement.
∎ Ensure Access/Right to Inspection during buyer's Audits.
∎ Follow up/take instant corrective action on auditor's findings /discrepancies during an audit.
∎ Follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up regularly as per CAP submitted/given.
∎ Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions those will get the objection of non-compliance from buyers and take all possible steps to adhere to buyer's compliance inspection & in a sustainable manner.
∎ Deal with the grievance procedures of workers, individuals as well as collective and take action with the consultation.
∎ Implement of Welfare and Health & Safety Measures under Labor Law 2006 and Rules 2015.
∎ To establish contacts and hold consultations with a view to maintaining harmonious relations between the management of the factory and workers.
∎ Organize WPC, EHS, Emergency Action Plan meetings, preparing minutes and circulating.
∎ Follow up the physical condition of workers, arrange them for a periodic test, advise them and record-keeping accordingly.
∎ Daily floor visit to ensure Compliance and follow up the 'Daily Compliance Check List' of the factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Knowledge in labor laws and labor rules.
∎ Computer literacy (MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and typing skill on English & Bengali.
∎ Good command on English & Bengali.
∎ Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
∎ Must be self-motivated, proactive and team player.
Salary: Negotiable
