∎ L.L.B / L.L.M from any reputed public university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Scrutiny of Land documents, verification of genuineness at Registry Office, AC (Land) Office, RAJUK, etc., and provide a legal opinion.
∎ Check & verify of all kinds of land related documents (Title Deed, Bia Deeds, Khatians- CS, SA, RS, BRS, and Mutation khatians etc.)
∎ Drafting all kinds of Agreement such as lease deed, rent deed, MoU, Sale Deed, Contract for Sale, General Power of Attorney, Foreign Power, Joint Venture Agreement etc.
∎ To apply application at the concerned DC office for purchasing land in favor of the Company and collect the necessary documents for completing the approval process.
∎ To collect the certified copy of Deeds from the Registry Office, Khatians from DC Office, Mouza Maps from DC/Settlement office, and Certified copies of Cases from the Courts.
∎ To file Mutation application at AC (Land) Office, attend the Hearing, collect Mutation Khatian, and pay land tax
∎ Coordinating on disputed issues with lawyers, concerned police stations, and other govt. authorities;
∎ Maintain Land Database of total land in the name of ACI Limited & its sister concern;
∎ Provide legal opinion in various legal issue as per requirement of the company
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Strong drafting and vetting skills on Land Documentation
∎ At least 2 year(s) of relevant work experience and having ample experience in Land functions in a large conglomerate of Bangladesh.
∎ Drafting and vetting various Agreement
