Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Bashundhara Employment Services (RL No: 1064) is one of the Reputed International Manpower Recruitment Agency in Bangladesh. We are looking for potential candidates for the position of Marketing Executive. In this position, the candidate will be involved in developing the Manpower Marketing sector as well.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure and monitor different work orders and follow up accordingly.
∎ To communicate with different Agents for collecting Passports on the basis of criteria.
∎ To communicate with the worker and need to convince them for Visa application.
∎ Need to ensure sector-wise VISA Rate and Salary/Basic with OT and share the accurate information with workers and our Respective Travel Agent.
∎ Need to confirm worker's Payments (Advance Payments and Others Payments) If Applicable.
∎ Have the mentality to work under pressure and achieve company goals.
∎ Establish own customer network and preserve long-term business relationships with existing customers.
∎ Capable of preparing and maintaining daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, as well as daily reporting to supervisor.Contact customers, manpower and other travel agents regularly to update them about existing & new orders and collect new passports in advance.
