Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering, Textile Technology, Apparel Manufacturing.
∎ Candidates with GSD license will be preferred
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Sewing Operation bulletin from costing stage to bulk production.
∎ Calculating Estimated CM & Productivity in costing stage.
∎ Closely follow-up in Pilot run for applying Operation bulletin sequence supposed to doing in bulk production.
∎ Samples to be developed with easy methods & new Innovations to reduce the cost & increase the efficiency in Bulk production.
∎ Giving technical support & propose to apply folder & attachment to the sample team where necessary.
∎ Monitoring machine & Skill requirement of future orders & give the necessary guide lines to the management
∎ Finding the solutions for all the technical issues from sampling stage to bulk production.
∎ Arrange to in-house folders and attachment well in advance based on scheduled production plan
∎ Updating the SAM Database based on modifying method for improving targets.
∎ Any kind of task to be completed with the responsibility as per the situation given by company.
