Job Context:
∎ A reputed 100% export oriented Knit Composite Garments Company is looking for potential candidate as Sr. General Manager/ Executive Director (Marketing, Merchandising & Operation) for its Gazipur , Factory Office. The factory consists of Knitting, Dyeing, Sewing (120 Lines), Printing and Embroidery departments/sections and exporting 4.0-4.5 million pieces garments in each month.
∎ Job Location for the position is at factory office Sreepur ( Near Mawna), Gazipur and Dhaka Head Office.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all the activities related to Order taking, Merchandising & timely shipment of knit garment products effectively and efficiently.
∎ The candidate will also have to manage the overall operational activities of the factory. He will coordinate the activities related to merchandising, planning, supply chain and production (knitting, dyeing, garments sewing, packing, printing, embroidery etc.) in connection with timely shipment of the garments.

∎ Candidates having minimum 15 years of hands on experience in managing Marketing, Merchandising & Operational activities of export oriented knit Garment products in reputed companies are only encouraged to apply.
∎ He should have thorough knowledge on each & every production process and capable to manage all factory operations effectively
∎ The candidate should have the capacity to source new buyers & maintain effective liaison with existing/new buyers in connection with taking profitable orders & meeting export target.
∎ The candidate should have sound knowledge on knit products & its costing and should be capable to follow up orders from sample making to shipment.
∎ Should have proven leadership skills
∎ Effective business communication, coordination and motivational skills
∎ Should be self-motivated & result oriented.
∎ Should be well conversant with computer applications
