Job Context:
∎ A renowned export oriented Knit Composite Garments factory (having 120 lines & exporting more than 8.0 million USD value knit garments per month) located near Mawna, Gazipur is looking for suitable candidate as Sr. GM/ED (Marketing & Merchandising)
∎ Job location for the position is at Gazipur, Factory Office and Uttara, Dhaka Head office.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all the activities related to Order taking, Merchandising & timely shipment of export oriented knit garment products effectively and efficiently.
∎ The candidate will be solely responsible to procure knit garments order with a value of 5.0- 6.0 million USD (2.5- 3.0 million pcs) per month. He will have to lead a Team of senior level Marketing & Merchandising professionals & execute the taken orders very professionally.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having minimum 15 years of hands on experience in managing Marketing & Merchandising activities of export oriented knit Garment products in reputed factories are only encouraged to apply.
∎ The candidate should have sound knowledge on knit products & its costing and should be capable to follow up orders from order taking to shipment.
∎ The candidate should have the capacity to source new buyers & maintain effective liaison with existing/new buyers in connection with taking profitable orders & meeting export target.
∎ Should have proven Leadership & coordination skills
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere and have excellent negotiation skills
∎ Should be fluent in English correspondences both in written & oral forms and well conversant with computer applications.
