Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
2 to 4 years experience in same position
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute the Production Plan and reach the target set by the company.
∎ Responsible for Daily Production and work to achieve daily production target with buyer required.
∎ Ensure smooth execution of apparel production of the assign factory based on buyer specifications and meet the buyer shipment schedule.
∎ Conducting Technical Audit for approval factory.
∎ Ensure the entire group quality and technical process implement and monitoring.
∎ Co-coordinating with buyer for complaints and implement new requirement.
∎ Responsible for monitoring existing Technical and Quality Team.
∎ Build a high effective team and manage resource of Pattern, CMD, Sewing, Finishing sample room and Production in an efficient way.
∎ Set up KPI for personal appraisals and evaluate progress for second label base on company strategy and responsible to the all Dept. performance.
∎ Assess material consumption for mass production and control the actual fabric consumption.
∎ Ensure Sample cost, Marker Cost YY consumption and Cutting, Sew, Sam Savings.
∎ Produce the best Quality Product at most competitive price and Sam savings
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Senior Finishing manager experience with different product handling skill.
