Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve sales and collection targets.
∎ Identify and target potential clients in the construction industry.
∎ Contacting potential customers over the phone, by email, and in person.
∎ Achieve sales goals through direct marketing, database marketing, and telemarketing.
∎ Response to customers’ questions, inquiries, and complaints.
∎ Collect and analyze data and prepare sales reports.
∎ Identify potential markets/ clients along with new sales opportunities.
∎ Stay well-informed about the ready-mix industry, providing accurate and compelling information to potential buyers.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor/management related to the role.
