- Minimum 7 years’ experience in relevant field.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Sample and bulletin collection from respective departments and make an analysis on it.
- Keep close connection with garments technician during layout and share the working process with junior colleagues.
- Monitoring production and make continuous improvement to increase efficiency and production to achieve target.
- Line balancing, identify the absent areas, and make necessary arrangements to cover it by coordination with IE & Work Study department.
- Identify weak production area and take necessary steps for improvement.
- Maintain SOP, 5S, lean manufacturing tools and ensure cleanliness, discipline and team work in assigned area.
- Reduce alteration and wastage during production.
- Perform any other task assigned by Management.
Work Station: Square Apparels Limited, factory, Mamarishpur, Mallikbari, Bhaluka, Mymensingh.
