Educational Requirements:
∎ B.sc in Mechanical Engineering from BUET/KUET/ RUET/CUET/DUET/AUST or any reputed Public university
∎ Any third class not allowed
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sr. Executive/Executive will observe/Analysis all duties and responsibilities of Nominated employee assigned by HOD.
∎ He will make a plan monthly or yearly about the machine maintenance/Schedule all equipment’s and machineries.
∎ Make a schedule of preventive maintenance to keep minimum down time due to breakdown.
∎ Perform to root cause analysis and resolve problems accordingly.
∎ To supervise / Monitor repairs, installation & commissioning of new machinery and equipment’s related to modern Dyeing, Printing & Dyeing Finishing Machine, Embroidery machine Generator, compressor, Boiler and Knitting machineries.
∎ To organize and prepare factories for facing different audits like Accord, Alliance, H&M, Tesco, Sainsbury Verities along with other ethical/ environmental/ technical/ Electrical & Fire Safety etc.
∎ To ensure the safety of working people through compliance with Occupational Safety and Environmental Regulations.
∎ Solve problems in a timely manner and to identify opportunities for improvement.
∎ Maintain computerized and necessary documented information.
∎ Must be reside near factory after joining.
∎ Must have practical knowledge about layout plans /drawing by Auto CAD 2D/3D and with other related software.
∎ Maintain proper label confidentiality appropriate business practice in dealing with and for the company and its management.
∎ Bound by the terms and condition, polices, rule and regulations of company or any new terms & conditions, polices, rules and regulations that will be applied in future.
∎ These are the key duties and responsibilities for the post and they are subject to regular review. Any significant changes to the rule will be subject to consultation with HOD.
∎ Any other relate job(s) as assign by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have sound knowledge on smooth operation of electronics types of machinery and maintenance
∎ Pleasing personality, ability to deal with the customers with a positive attitude.
∎ Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
∎ Smart in situation handling.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English & Bengali.
