Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc. / B.Sc. from any reputed University (B.Sc. on Textile will be preferable).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring & controlling the IE related activities of factory.
∎ Prepare and design layout of man, Machine and Materials to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
∎ Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing process, staff requirements and production standards.
∎ Work with production personnel to establish best practices.
∎ Ensure various system implementations to minimize the cost and increase efficiency of factory.
∎ Co- ordinate with production, merchandising department for smooth production.
∎ Sound knowledge on fabrics & threads consumption.
∎ Take part in strategic and operational framework development considering corporate objectives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Merchandising, Production, Floor/Line Management, Work Study, Labor Counseling, Textile Engineering, Planning.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments, Group of Companies.
∎ Should have experience on Jacket Production.
∎ Knowledge of total supply chain, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
∎ Applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.
∎ Knowledge of IE tools and statistics and their applications, Auto CAD, ERP Software, Fast React.
∎ Reporting skill, communication skill, productions know how.
∎ Good Command on English & Computer.
∎ Any other relevant work as assigned by the management.
