Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1)Plan, recommends, and carries out an approved program on scheduled maintenance.
∎ 2)Perform preventive maintenance for all machineries and electrical equipment’s.
∎ 3)Preventative maintenance, plant operations, repairs and minor modifications, and reports to the Department Head.
∎ 4)Makes periodic rounds to all area to support equipment and maintains operating log of conditions observed.
∎ 5)Responsible for the repair and maintenance of machineries and electrical equipment’s and maintaining records of work done.
∎ 6)Coordinates with service representative and others as necessary to accomplish installations or repairs.
∎ 7)Communicate each day's activities and problems that occur to the other shifts using approved factory communication programs and standards.
∎ 8)Knowledge of Gas & Diesel Gensets, Sub-stations, UPS system, MCC, Switch gears Heaters, Pumps & Lighting System,
∎ 9)Interpreting Electrical drawings,
∎ 10)Prepare & review of drawings, datasheets & specification sheet as per requirement,
∎ 11)Monitor the activities of the team members and provide necessary guideline to them for performing the jobs effectively,
∎ 12)Identify & implement various measures to improve the efficiency of the machineries.
∎ 13)Be aware of new technologies coming in and evaluate them against company requirements and recommend on acquiring while identifying key personnel to be trained on new arrivals,
∎ 14)The candidates should have thorough practical knowledge on utility related works as well,
∎ 15)To be strictly abide by the compliance standard stipulated by the management from time to time,
∎ 16)Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
