Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in HRM in any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain Higg Index (FSLM & FEM) Program. Also vast knowledge on SLCP.
∎ Assist to superior to ensure the factories always prepared/ready for following audits like, Social compliance Audit, Technical/Quality Assurance Audit, like C-TPAT,OEKO TEX, GSV/ SCS, BSCI, GOTS, GRS, OCS , RCS, ACCORD/ RSC .
∎ Directly responsible for Work activities of H&M, INDITEX, H&M and others programs
∎ Monitoring and responsible for Sustainable product under INDITEX, H&M and others buyer.
∎ Industrial Relations: Management-Employee Relations, WPC, Liaison with Govt. Labor Dept., Registers as per L/Laws.
∎ Occupational Health & Industrial Safety: Protect from Safety Hazards, Safety Committee, Fire Prevention/Detection/Protection, and Fire Committee, Handling of Accident Matters, Medical Services, Medical Center Operation, First Aid Appliances, and Health Awareness & Epidemic Prevention.
∎ Welfare Services: To supervise Canteen/Mess Management, House Keeping & Cleanliness, Sanitation, Utility Services, Gardening, Trade WWA / PC, Social Events.
∎ Monitoring the implementation /participate designing/ formulation of policy / Standing order procedure (SOP) of Compliance.
∎ Act as superior to follow up that all corrective action has been taken or followed up regularly as per CAP submitted.
∎ Ensuring all dates, records, reports, formats, statement, rank & files, Books & Registers of all departments are properly prepared, issued, updated & maintained as per compliance requirement/standards.
∎ Monitoring on the Job Training, Off the Job Training, Development and Implementation of Company Policies.
∎ Supervising Appointment letter, Leave Administration, Attendance, Service Book, Disciplinary Actions, and Personal Record etc.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Bangladesh EPZ Labor Law
∎ Any other assignment given by the management from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 8+ years of professional experience in Compensation and Benefits
∎ Good market knowledge and excellent skill in data management
∎ Should have good communication skill especially in writing
∎ Ability to work effectively in a diverse community and meet the needs of diverse groups
∎ Strong organizational and planning skills
∎ Must be self-motivated, hardworking and flexible regarding work hour
