∎ Diploma in Engineering in (Automobile, Power or Mechanical), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in (Automobile, Power or Mechanical Engineering).

∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Spare parts Sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve overall sales target of spare parts.
∎ Prepare & implement marketing plan through dealer network.
∎ Take initiative to appoint spare parts dealer to increase sales.
∎ Collect market information and timely submit to supervisor for taking action plan.
∎ Forecast sales to ensure adequate stock of Spare parts at dealers to avoid sales loss
∎ Promotion of spare parts through sales counters, dealer network and institutional buyers by leading a team of sales professionals.
∎ Ensure proper distribution of the spare parts to the dealer point and other stake holder.
∎ Prepare and produce necessary reports to the authority time to time and discuss with supervisor for next step.
∎ Co-ordinate the Supply Chain Management to procure product in time from local & foreign market after maintaining all formalities.
∎ Ensure daily and monthly physical inventory and take remedial action if any irregularities found.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years sales experience in spare parts business
∎ Must have experience in automobile spare parts (Three wheeler) is an added advantage.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
∎ Capable of sound reporting for executing management decision.
∎ Good Computer literacy is must especially in MS Office and E-communication.
∎ Willing to travel intensely all over the country.
