∎ Skilled in communicating effectively with all levels of management on complex business issues.
∎ Skills Required: Business/ Product Development, Merchandising, Shipment follow up, Team Leadership·
∎ Strong communication abilities, in Bengali and English, both oral and written.
∎ Computer Literacy is a must especially in office package.
∎ Candidate who has experience in the field of Metallurgy will be given preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A 100% foreign owned Tent Steel Pole Furniture Manufacturing Company at KEPZ is looking for for Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager - Production for its Production Department.
∎ Have to monitor day to day production with work closely with team leader, assistants and QC, Sales & Production department.
∎ Communicate Buyers for day to day merchandising activities and approvals.
∎ Maintain Daily progress reports, with up to date information on all orders & outstanding issues.
∎ Need to proactively inform to management as per company SOP, up to date on any exceptions.
∎ Communicating with Buyer for technical clarification, when required and to transfer concern department properly.
∎ Effective Sales mail communication, problem identifications & solutions.
