Job Context:
∎ Responsible for developing unique positioning, planning to be the best Brand of Apache RTR, and also Marketing communication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan all ATL/BTL activities.
∎ Design promo plan for distributor engagement.
∎ Identify, develop a marketing strategy based on knowledge of market characteristics to achieve objectives.
∎ Formulate, direct or coordinate marketing activities or policies to promote products or services through advertising agencies or self.
∎ Evaluate the financial aspects of activities, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
∎ Plan for marketing activities by considering seasonal demands.
∎ Provide input to sales and production planning based on market demand.
∎ Analyze the market size of the product, plan, evaluate and prepare an action plan accordingly to increase market share.
∎ Keep abreast of market developments, competitor’s activities and provide necessary feedback to the Head of the Department.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Advertising & Promotion, Brand Marketing, Brand Planning/ Development, Branding, Business Development, Core Digital Marketing.
∎ High proficiency in Computer literacy.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work by own vein.
∎ Strong interpersonal skill with the ability to established effective relationship with all levels within/outside the organization.
∎ Ability to plan multi-task and manage time effectively
Salary: Negotiable
