Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: Marketing Planning & Execution
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans for residential and commercial projects
- Coordinate project-wise marketing campaigns aligned with sales targets
- Support launch activities of new projects including site branding and promotional events
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Oversee digital marketing activities (Facebook, Google Ads, property portals, website, email marketing)
- Monitor online inquiries and ensure timely lead distribution to sales teams
- Analyze digital campaign performance and optimize for better ROI
Advertising & Promotion
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, media houses, and vendors
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, leaflets, hoardings, billboards, and videos
- Ensure brand guidelines are properly maintained across all platforms
Sales Support
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure availability of updated marketing materials
- Support sales campaigns, offers, and promotional schemes
- Assist in preparing project presentations and proposals for clients and channel partners
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research on competitor projects, pricing, customer preferences, and market trends
- Prepare marketing performance reports and market intelligence updates
- Analyze customer feedback and recommend improvements
Event & Activation Management
- Organize property fairs, site visits, open houses, and roadshows
- Coordinate promotional activities with media, channel partners, and corporate clients
Coordination & Reporting
- Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports and budget utilization reports
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, CRM, Accounts, Engineering) for smooth execution
- Ensure marketing activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
