• Professional Requirements: Candidate must have ideas about woven factories scientific production layout & operation bulletin process regarding style-based simulation. Should have knowledge on line’s pre–production TNA with risk analysis issues to ensure IE involvement. He has to ensure standard change over time for every style & assist the full IE team from beginning. Have to ensure Line balancing as per plan and target by proper capacity study in coordination from inline Managers to HoD. Should have practical experiences with line curve, fabric & accessories consumption and basic merchandising/production process. This position required on job experiences regarding hourly production monitoring activities and issue resolution capabilities for line wise low efficient identification. Should have a positive mindset for ensuring daily earning as per factory/line cost. Should be knowledgeable for woven operator's skill matrix and line balancing program.
