Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's or MBA (HRM) from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, HR
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on compliance and buyer audit issues & CAP preparation to ensure the satisfaction of potential buyers like Kiabi, Lindex, Okaidi, Sears, Groupe Beaumanoir, Cache Cache, Bonobo and and Next.
∎ Look after the complicated issues in line with Labor Law 2006, Labor Rules 2015 and other govt. regulations as well as Trade Union activities, WPC Election & Safety Committee formation.
∎ Implementation of the various Factory Acts and compliance stipulations in all working environments within the factory in accordance with legal requirements, certification & customers' standards/code of conduct like ACCORD, BSCI, ICS,ISO, SEDEX, Control Union, WRAP, C-TPAT, Oeko-tex, GOTS & OCS.
∎ Look after for preparing and updating employee's personal file and updated records & all relevant registers as required by local law and customers' code of conduct.
∎ Liaison with different Govt. & Non - Govt. offices and stakeholders like BGMEA, BTMA, Factory Inspection Office, Labor Office, Labor Court, Fire Service & Civil Defense, Accord, CU & UL.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge about Environmental compliance and Technical Audit, QMS, OHS, EHS & MSDS.
∎ Required in-depth knowledge in Building safety, Electrical safety, Fire safety and practice in Risk Assessment, Route Cause Analysis & Hazarded Goods Handling procedure.
∎ Assist in developing, reviewing and revising the Human Resources Management guidelines ,defining group policies on employee recruitment, selection, compensation benefits, settlement ,termination, Grievance, discipline also supervising attendance & leave management, training & development.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by higher authority time to time.
