Able to operate Microsoft Project software.
Listing, Analyzing Scheduling project resources.
Responsibilities & Context:
Programming the overall project / Projects and following progress of all aspect of the work. Updating bar charts and expediting and preparation and issue of Weekly/Monthly project reports to the management indicating the status and progress of work.
Resources Allocations: Resources planning by MS Project and Resources (Material) demand generating by MS project.
Regular project progress reports noting actual progress against master work program.
Budgeting, Maintaining time schedule by MS Project.
Gantt tracking by MS Project/Updating schedule as per changes/practical requirement.
Identify schedule conflicts and provide recommendations for resolution / decision required and cost management information.
Execute value engineering, materials requirement forecasting planning, materials variance analysis and reporting.
To establish and maintain efficient scheduling that completes all works by the required agreed dates.
Monitoring compliance of material supply as per resource planning.
Minimizing overstock (Inventory) of materials by preparing of materials consumption ratio report.
To provide option analysis and reporting to ensure that creative and innovative time, design and cost-saving solutions are adopted to obtain best value for money.
To implement an optimal procurement strategy that establishes "best value" flexibility of construction operations.
Monitor the budget and project costs throughout the project life cycle.
To provide a project management service that will minimize risks, maximize efficiencies and maximize quality of delivered end product.
