Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/ Masters/ MBA in Marketing from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify key customers and extend personalized service
∎ Visit different organizations, place for creating new clients
∎ Maintain good relationship with existing clients and adopt policy to welcome new clients
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ Maintain after sales officials' formalities i.e. to check application form, to prepare payment schedule, to prepare deed of agreement and signing to the client.
∎ Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personals so as to enhance team building spirit.
∎ To attend Project Site office visit with clients and confirm indoor office visit to confirm Sales.
∎ To look after customer queries with satisfaction, develop & maintain relationship.
∎ Carry out competitive Sales Study, Market Survey and Business Analysis
∎ Any other task assigned by Management if required.

∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Min 7 Years (2 years in relevant position)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Sales, Marketing, Customer Support/ Client Service, Market Research, Corporate Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Real Estate, Land Developer, Development Agency
∎ Practical knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate business and present market scenario.
∎ Have experience to forecast sales, revenue and budget with proper planning & execution
∎ Ability to work with a professional sales team to achieve individual set targets of selling lands
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan
∎ Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals'/ business men and look for prospective customers.
∎ Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
