∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Building Interior, Interior Design Business, Interior Firm, Interior Marketing, Interior Project
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve individual sales target.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge & experience about Interior business operations, procedures and client dealings.
∎ Potentiality to develop new clients and maintain a good relationship with the existing clients.
∎ Should have good negotiation skills and capable to close deals independently.
∎ Make cold calls to prospective customers and continue follow-ups
∎ Visit prospective customers outside the office in regular basis.
∎ Visit projects and under constructions buildings to get new lead.
∎ Look after customers' quarries and develop a trustworthy relationship with customers.
∎ Capable to collect latest market information and incorporate the same into a marketing strategy to achieve the target.
∎ Capable to assess customers' needs, negotiate with customers and finalize the deal with the cooperation of HOD.
∎ Coordinate with design and engineering team to satisfy customers' requirements.
∎ Perform any other activities as and when required by the management for the purpose of enhancement of sales.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
