Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist overall HR operational activities like, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Payroll Management, Industrial relations, Training & Learning, Organizational Excellence Etc.
∎ Assist to review of organizational structures, job analysis, job descriptions/ specifications and job evaluation.
∎ Maintain and update employee personal file and ensure all other relevant documents and database are up to date, accurate and comply with legislation.
∎ To help probation management process and performance management process on time.
∎ Preparing data for salary, bonus, allowance, profit share, insurance benefits and final settlement ensure its disbursement.
∎ Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
∎ Assist to prepare various reports and present them to top management.
∎ Assist to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management's directives.
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
