Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordination and supervision of installation of the mechanical and fire safety services of projects.
∎ Assist the project team and logistics division in procurement of mechanical machineries and equipment.
∎ Design and review mechanical installation and services in buildings; Ventilations, firefighting & safety, Air Conditioning, HVAC and ducting systems, Hot and Cold Water, sanitary, drainage, waste management and treatment mechanical systems.
∎ Safety systems design calculations, drawings and scope of works.
∎ Review and approve Submittals of Technical Material and Shop Drawings submitted by the Contractors or Design Consultants for mechanical and plumbing services of projects.
∎ Shall be good hand in AUTO CAD, MS Office etc software.
∎ Review and ensure the documents prepared meets the quality standard requirements.
∎ Supervise schedule maintenance of process machinery, Utility machinery and QC machinery.
∎ Report Plant head for all sorts technical issues related to Mechanical, Electrical, Power generation (GAS and Diesel), Boiler, Wash, ETP maintenance, & utility services.
∎ Analyze problems associated with the process, design, control, flow, range of the plant / machinery and take corrective measures.
∎ Record keeping and technical correspondences related to design, specs, modification & development of new project.
