∎ Graduate or Post Graduate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM) / Animal Husbandry

∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Strong knowledge of hatchery management, incubation and bio-security.
∎ Strong analytical and negotiation skill.
∎ Must have good communication and convincing skill.
∎ Should have good skill in MS Office (specially Excel and Word).
∎ Willingness to travel frequently.
∎ Must have the mindset of working and living in rural areas since the hatcheries are located outside Dhaka.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure Standard Hatchability, Rejected egg or chicks’ percentage.
∎ Ensure Hatching Cost should retain under Budget.
∎ Ensure the maximum production of Sealable A+ Chicks
∎ Ensure minimum Level of Hatching Egg Transit Breakage.
∎ Ensure No chicks are returned chicks after delivery.
∎ Ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of the DOC to the farmers / dealers.
∎ Prepares employee schedules, approves vacation requests, and hires new employees as needed.
∎ Submit Yearly Budget for Hatchery.
∎ Ensure Machine and Equipment Cleaning on Daily Basis.
∎ Ensures completion of all quality assurance checks for the following: chick quality, vaccination. checks, equipment checks, and maintenance work.
∎ Ensure compliance with Company SOP and safety guidelines and follow environmental regulations.
∎ Ensure the Rejected Egg Sales as per Budget.
∎ Developing the next level potentials to take up higher responsibilities.
∎ Ensure Potential Team Member Retention by Motivation, Reward and Recognition.
