Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering (Wet Processing / Dyeing).

• Diploma in Textile Engineering with relevant experience may be considered.

• Training or certification in yarn dyeing technology, color management, or chemical safety will be preferred.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

• Only Male

• Strong knowledge of yarn dyeing processes and machinery.

• In-depth understanding of dyeing, chemicals, and auxiliaries.

• Shade analysis, color matching, and troubleshooting skills.

• Production planning and coordination ability.

• Knowledge of safety, EHS, and sustainability compliance.

Job Context:

A Reputed Knit Dyeing Manufacturing Company is looking for Senior Executive for Yarn Dyeing Department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control yarn dyeing processes from pre-treatment to finishing.

• Ensure correct shade matching and color consistency as per buyer standards.

• Coordinate lab dips, bulk shade approvals, and trial dyeing with Quality team.

• Control dye, chemical, and auxiliary consumption to minimize wastage.

• Monitor dyeing parameters, recipes, batch planning, and machine utilization.

• Identify root causes of dyeing defects and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure Right-First-Time (RFT) dyeing performance.

• Coordinate with Planning for dyeing schedules and production priorities.

• Maintain daily production, quality, and efficiency reports.

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and traceability of yarn lots.

• Supervise dyeing floor manpower and ensure discipline and standard practices.

• Ensure compliance with safety, chemical handling, and environmental guidelines.

• Support sustainability initiatives including ZDHC and chemical management.

• Coordinate with MCD/SCM for yarn, dyes, and chemical availability.

• Support internal, buyer, and compliance audits related to dyeing operations.

• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
