• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from any reputed institution.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

• Age 28 to 35 years

• If any problem arise in the floor, must have the ability to provide instant decision.

• Properly maintain floor opening & floor closing time.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Strong proficiency in computer operations, including software navigation, data entry, and digital task management.

• Demonstrates polished behavior and the ability to influence others effectively.

Job Context:

A Reputed Knit Dyeing Manufacturing Company is looking for Executive for Dyeing Finishing Department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Schedule and oversee daily finishing operations to maintain high production standards and meet delivery deadlines.

• Develop machine allocation plans aligned with shipment schedules to ensure optimal productivity.

• Oversee manpower planning and maintain accurate production records to support efficient operations.

• Implement work plans in accordance with established timelines and objectives.

• Consistently meet production targets in line with the established production plan.

• Set up machine programs, parameters, and synchronizations to maximize capacity utilization.

• Manage and guide finishing floor workers & staff, ensuring smooth execution of tasks and adherence to protocols.

• Ensure all buyer requirements related to fabric appearance and lab test results are met.

• Need to provide shrinkage & machine adjust parameters properly.

• Conduct all regulatory and compliance procedures relevant to the finishing department.

• Maintain a safe and secure working environment for both staff and Machinery.

• Monitor and resolve all quality-related issues within the fabric finishing.

• Oversee finishing tasks such as labeling, pressing, and tagging to ensure timely completion.
