Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and maintain a strong buyer network to drive sales growth.
- Conduct buyer meetings and visits to relevant factories.
- Oversee sample development, lab dip submissions, and bulk order processing.
- Ensure timely submission of handlooms, lab dips, and hanger swatches as per buyer requirements.
- Maximize machine utilization and efficiency.
- Communicate with customers to address inquiries, costing, quality, and delivery matters.
- Ensure consistency between sampling and bulk production quality.
- Collaborate with the production department based on buyer feedback.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports as needed.
