Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions about travel reservations, ticket modifications, cancellations, and other travel-related concerns through phone, email, or chat.
∎ Travel Information: Provide customers with accurate, up-to-date info on flight schedules, airline policies, baggage allowances, visa requirements, and other essential travel details.
∎ Payment Processing: Process booking payments, ensuring the accuracy and security of all financial transactions, including cash payments.
∎ Customer Feedback: Proactively seek feedback and suggestions from customers to enhance service quality and improve overall customer satisfaction.
∎ Communication with stakeholders: With travel agencies, OTAs, Airlines and GDS personnel.
∎ Interpreting IATA, ADM policies and ATAB regulations.
∎ Maintain all IATA accreditation documents.
∎ A qualified Airline Reservation Executive who is responsible to Airlines ticketing, reservation creating PNR adherence to booking policies, ticket issuing, reissuing & refund using IATA GDS (Sabre / Galileo / Amadeus), manage bookings.
