Experience:
Post Graduation Diploma in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
Sound knowledge of procurement procedures and vendor management.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Prepare and issue purchase orders, collect quotations, and evaluate suppliers/vendors based on price, quality, and service.
Check requisition and requisition reconciliation with projects and central store.
Market Survey, analysis, feasibility study and prepare CS.
Maintain liaison with vendors, contractors, and project sites to ensure smooth supply operations.
Ensure credit limit, discount and facilities.
Maintain proper documentation and records of purchases, stock, and deliveries.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in procurement and inventory management.
Assist in vendor development and performance evaluation.
Monitor market trends and prepare comparative reports for management decision-making.
Support internal departments (e.g., Construction, BOQ, Accounts, and Store) to ensure uninterrupted project operations.
Perform in Supply Chain module in ERP.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the department head or management.
