• Age 24 to 32 years

Competency Requirements:

• Apps development: Android and iOS2.
• Programming languages, Databases and others: C language, Python, React, NodeJS, ASP.net, PHP, MySQL, MongoDB, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, GitHub, Git, Cloud (AWS), Linux, GPS Tracking System etc.
• Problem-solving Skills: Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills to overcome technical challenges.
• Testing and Troubleshooting: Ability to test and troubleshoot complex software applications to ensure quality and reliability.
• Communication Skills: Communicate effectively both orally and in writing to ensure clear understanding and collaboration within the team.
• Self-motivation: Be a self-motivated individual capable of working independently and taking initiative.
• Team player: Working experience as a team member.

• Good Communication skill with patience and perseverance.

• Responsible for analyzing, developing and enhancing our platform to ensure a higher level of customer experience and satisfaction.
• Design and develop professional and user-friendly mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
• UI/UX Understanding: Demonstrate a good understanding of UI/UX principles to ensure an intuitive and user-friendly platform.
• Web Design Skills: Proficient in HTML5 and CSS3 for web design to create visually appealing interfaces.
• Comparison Analysis: Conduct a comparative analysis with top tracking platforms to identify the strengths and weaknesses of our platform and suggest improvements.
• Development Scope: Identify and define the development scope necessary to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
• Technical Expertise: Possess working knowledge of software technology, programming experience, and broad business understanding. Ability to develop business process models.
• Customer Requirements Analysis: Analyze existing customer requirements in detail and propose satisfactory developments to meet their needs.
