Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Should be from good universities
∎ Preferably in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Brand Planning/ Development, Marketing, Sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ HAVE proper understanding of market dynamics and customer needs of the enterprise IT products & services in Textile / Garment Industry.
∎ HAVE proven sales experience in Garments ERP, HRMS.
∎ HAVE experience in the field of Garments Accessories sales.
∎ HAVE excellent presentation and communication skill.
∎ Visit scheduled garments or other clients to demo the software products.
∎ Plan yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly based on sales target and execute those efficiently.
∎ Maintain full lifecycle of the sales process from prospecting to closure (which includes communicating via call/email etc. with prospects/clients, pitching for business, finding out the client's particular needs, writing & sending proposals to clients, materializing the sales).
∎ Should be willing to work under deadlines and targets.
∎ Should be able to write reports and proposals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Prior experience in sales especially in the Garments industry
∎ Experience in software sales
∎ MUST have a strong desire and passion to learn and grow
∎ MUST HAVE "Growth Mindset" and "Can Do" attitude.
∎ Must be dedicated, proactive and hard working.
∎ Must have huge patience, and creativity.
∎ Must have commercial awareness, and a customer-oriented approach.
Salary: Negotiable
