• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Generate new prospects and achieve individual sales targets for flats and land projects.

• Conduct direct sales, corporate sales, and NRB (Non-Resident Bangladeshi) sales.

• Provide detailed project information, explain offerings, and guide clients through the decision-making process.

• Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

• Assist in preparing booking documents, payment schedules, allotment letters, and agreements.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and documentation as per company policy.

• Support after-sales formalities and ensure smooth client service.

• Research and analyze market opportunities to identify potential prospects.

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the departmental head.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall departmental objectives.

• To carry out other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
