Responsibilities & Context:
Daily reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing.
Prospect follow-up.
Responsible for Apartment sales to achieve the monthly and quarterly targets which has been set by Management.
Client follow-up for revenue collections.
Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary.
Makes the product appeal to the target market.
Maintain call report and daily work schedule.
Generate new leads for apartment sales.
Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market.
Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value.
To carry out other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
