• Make market research & analysis and provide a professional sales and marketing strategy for sales.

• Build & maintain productive and co-operative relationships with Clients.

• Responsible for contract negotiation with Clients.

• Build and manage overall sales plan, activity plan, and resources needed to achieve the Sales Target.

• Coordinate with the Marketing Department to organize marketing and advertising events.

• Training team for project information, including key selling points, target clients for each phase of the project, sales script, etc.

• Manage the team to achieve the Sales Target.

• Conduct Sales-related operations and activation programs.

• Create and manage the database and align it with the organizational system.

• Be persuasive and charismatic and work comfortably and smoothly to adapt to business growth fluctuations.

• Right attitudes for promoting the company`s product and brand image.

• Handle client queries and complaints.

• To carry out other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
