• 3 to 5 years

• B.Sc. in Engineering EEE or Mechanical (Minimum CGPA 3.25 out of 4)

• 3 to 5 years

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Salary: Attractive Salary will be given to deserving Candidates
• 3 to 5 years in industrial equipment sales & marketing (Experience in Air Compressor and Air Dryer will get preference).
• Experienced personnel will be given Preference for the following business area(s):Air Compressor Sales & Marketing/ Gas or Diesel Generator Sales & Marketing / Garments Machineries Sales & Marketing / Food & Beverage Machineries Sales & Marketing/ Utility Machineries Sales & Marketing/ Capital Machineries Sales & Marketing/ Project Sales & Marketing/ Corporate Sales & Marketing / Industrial Lubricant Sales & MarketingPro-active and ready to take challenge.
• Good communication skills.

• Good knowledge in Computer literacy

• Market segment analysis & visit segment wise client.

• Prepare marketing and sales strategy.

• Plan and conduct direct marketing activities.

• Make sales calls to new and existing clients.

• Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.

• Respond to sales inquiries by phone, electronically or in person.

• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationship.

• Monitor competitors, market condition and market development.

• Prepare technical specification, quotation and related documentations.

• Define ambitious annual sales goals together with the management and fulfill or over achieve the set sales target.

• Weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting of all relevant matters to the management as required.

• Ensure sales deed on behalf of Company and submit all sales report on time to management.

• Monitor and report of sales activities and follow up for management

• T/A, D/A, Sales Incentives, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus

• Salary Review: Yearly§ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
