∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Candidate should have experience in Printing Quality Management
∎ Candidate should have experience in Knit Garments.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Arranging motivational training with QC, QA & Supervisor required for implements their activities as per Buyer requirement.
∎ Monitor QA/QC performance by gathering or monitoring relevant report with proper data.
∎ Style analysis & solve technical issues during Pilot Run & Size set stage to ensure no such in tolerable issue in Bulk.
∎ Conducting pre-production meeting with the person nominated by the buyer & information the subordinates for necessary changes & additions before the of the bulk production.
∎ To make quick decision to avoid any hamper in production with maintain good quality level & make sure the Buyer requirement.
∎ Arrange motivational meeting the subordinates to improve their work skills.
∎ Take initiatives to reduce defects ratio from the needle point of printing in line by proper supervising & implementing the standard operating procedure.
∎ In absence of floor quality manager provide full possible support to maintain continuous smooth production and all other relevant tasks.
∎ Report any deviation in QA system to Head of Quality Department.
∎ Ensure 5’S in responsible area.
∎ Any other assignment given by the top management.
