Responsibilities & Context:
Routine/Regular Job:
Coordination product development and packaging materials development activities.
Research product formulation and properties of raw materials.
Test specimen samples, active and functional ingredients for R&D purposes.
Trial batch preparation, stability test & performance evaluation.
Test different competitor products along with own products to check product quality in regular intervals.
R&D works for formulation modification for GP% improvement.
Long term real stability testing and retention sample checking.
Coordinate to establish specifications for RM, PM & FG.
Product Complaint handling, Root cause analysis, and take CAPA.
Non-Routine/Periodical Job:
Support scale-up from prototype to commercial manufacture.
Co-ordinate establishing SOPs.
Maintain TDS, MSDS, Product development and regulatory related documents.
