∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

∎ Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the denim or apparel industry.
∎ Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Knowledge of sourcing strategies, supplier management.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Familiarity with industry standards, quality requirements, and sustainability practices relevant to denim garments.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect PO sheet & BOM sheet from the merchandisers
∎ Arrange approval from merchandisers
∎ Collect approved CS from the sourcing team
∎ Prepare material booking and place with the approved suppliers
∎ Making T&A plan for materials
∎ Visiting factories & regular follow up with the suppliers
∎ Ensure on time material inhouse
∎ Arrange PI from the suppliers and upload in the portal
∎ Follow up with commercial team to open BTB LC
∎ Share LC copy to the suppliers
∎ Collect & Forward bill of Exchange for approval
∎ Communicate with supplier for just in time delivery
∎ Communicate with store for inventory
∎ Communicate material quality feedback with the suppliers
∎ Collaboration with other departments (e.g., Planning / Production / Wash / Quality)
∎ Cost Monitoring
∎ Prepare KPI of the suppliers
∎ Prepare monthly cost savings
∎ Prepare strategy as per Kraljic Matrix
∎ Emergency booking support

∎ Sinha Knit Industries Ltd., a leading sweater manufacturing company, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our dynamic team as Sr. Executive – Procurement.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect PO sheet & BOM sheet from the merchandisers
∎ Arrange approval from merchandisers
∎ Collect approved CS from the sourcing team
∎ Prepare material booking and place with the approved suppliers
∎ Making T&A plan for materials
