∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in an IATA-accredited travel agency.
∎ Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
∎ Skilled in booking, issuing, reissuing, and refund calculations in compliance with IATA rules.
∎ Knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and modifications to ensure ticket accuracy.
∎ Familiarity with travel documentation requirements for ticket issuance.
∎ Ability to manage multiple functions under pressure while working in a team environment.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
∎ Proficient in answering inquiries through social networks, WhatsApp, emails, and telephone.
∎ Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with graphics design is a plus.
∎ Certification in travel or tourism-related courses is an added advantage.
∎ Experience Requirements

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create PNRs, issue, re-issue, and cancel airline tickets using GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
∎ Process domestic and international flight bookings, cancellations, and refunds with accuracy.
∎ Ensure adherence to IATA rules and airline policies.
∎ Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
∎ Handle customer complaints effectively and courteously, ensuring prompt resolution.
∎ Assist clients with itinerary planning, travel arrangements, and after-sales support.
∎ Provide expert advice on visa requirements and processes for various destinations.
∎ Assist clients with Hajj & Umrah visa applications and ensure timely processing.
∎ Ensure proper documentation for ticket issuance and travel arrangements.
∎ Sell airline tickets, travel packages, and related services to clients.
∎ Identify market opportunities, hunt for new clients, and maintain relationships with corporate customers.
∎ Promote Travelicious' services through innovative marketing ideas.
∎ Provide periodic training to sales staff on air ticketing and travel products.
∎ Supervise and guide team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
∎ Monitor and follow up on monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
∎ Generate, analyze, and submit sales reports as required by management.
∎ Maintain accurate records of ticketing, reservations, and client information.
∎ Industry Liaison:
∎ Build and maintain relationships with airlines, GDS personnel, and travel partners.
∎ Stay updated on airline schedules, promotional offers, and industry changes.
∎ Ensure smooth operation of the online travel booking platform.
∎ Troubleshoot online booking issues and assist customers with their queries.
∎ Optimize booking systems to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
∎ Airline Ticketing & Reservations:
